2010 WSOP Europe Main Event: Dolan, Tilly, Ivey, isildur1 Among Leaders

isildur1 (above) is among the 2010 WSOP Main Event Day 1 chip leaders.

Day 1′s are in the books for the 2010 WSOP Europe Main Event.

The field brought in 336, up two people from last year (or for you math whizzes at home, that’s a 4.9% increase). A total of 122 survived the Day 1′s.

Pretty stacked leaderboard. U.S. American James Mitchell is the overall leader, stacked at 178,500. He’s followed by November NinerTM John Dolan with 173,700.

Other big stacks include but are certainly not limited to Faraz Jaka (120,125), Leo Margets, a woman (109,000), Jennifer Tilly, a woman (108,850), Eli Elezra (106,500), Antonio Esfandiari (105,125), Carlos Mortensen (101,700), Phil Laak (96,675), Phil Ivey (94,350), and Viktor ‘isildur1′ Blom (91,850).

* Unfortunately we can’t take credit for the Ernie McCracken joke. That would go to the anonymous PN/WSOP reporter who referenced isildur1′s Ernie McCracken’s hair. First time in six years of reading hand reports that a laugh ensued. Well played.
