An interesting weekend is shaping up at the 2014 WSOP. Here’s the latest:

:: Event #15 ($3,000 NLH Six-Handed) – There are 14 remaining, but there is only 1 focus: Phil Hellmuth is going for bracelet #14, again. Hellmuth enters the final day of play stacked sixth overall with 491,000. He trails Heinz Kamutzki with 841,000. Davidi Katai is second with 815,000. Get full chip counts here.

:: Event #16 ($1,500 2-7 Limit Lowball)Captain Tom Franklin has been putting his penis all over the back of this field, entering final table play as the swinging dick with 436,000. He’s closely followed by David Bell with 426,000. Get full chip counts here.

:: Event #17 ($1,000 Seniors NLH) – Another year, another record. A total of 4,425 people over the age of 50 entered this year’s Seniors Event, exceeding 2013’s 4,406. A total of 486 survived. Sammy Farha is among the chip leaders. Get a full recap here.
