The rooms were very spread out and our location was about a half mile from the beach and they would not let us have our own bikes that were available on the property because those were reserved for "higher paying" room categories, I thought this was a little strange, and evident of the inconsistent customer service at the hotel. Note: The experiences are not included in the reservation. My wife and I (late 30's) really enjoyed ourselves at this resort. The beach itself is good: very soft and white sand, a lot of loungers, shade. Tell us!

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique - All Inclusive - Adults Only is located within a few miles (5 km) of Tres Rios Ecopark and Playa Xcalacoco. There does not seem to be centralized training and culture of customer service like you experience at other luxury brands (como, rosewood, ritz, etc.). This property is all-inclusive. After staying at a neighboring resort I was sorely embarrassed to bring my fianc here.

There does not seem to be centralized training and culture of customer service like you experience at other luxury brands (como, rosewood, ritz, etc.). This property is all-inclusive. After staying at a neighboring resort I was sorely embarrassed to bring my fianc here.

Yes, some guestrooms at this all-inclusive property offer either a furnished balcony or a furnished patio where guests can enjoy ocean or garden views. Would have liked another restaurant option or a rotating menu at Ambar You want to have a luxurious vacation without the kids, This is the place.\nThe private butlers, the food and the spa are top notch.\nThe rooms are perfect. Driving? The food is very good for an all inclusive property. There are not a lot of activities like in other resorts: no animation team, to nightly entertainment and such. The things that they do have are excellent - the food was fantastic, drinks were great, service was wonderful, beach was soft white sand, the ocean was warm it was literally everything we wanted in a vacation.
