Antonio Esfandiari Still Leads WPT Five Diamond, Ivey No Longer Lurks

The general consensus going into Day 3 of the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic was that Antonio Esfandiari would spew his chips like Amy spewed blood out of her neck in The Walking Dead a couple weeks ago.

Instead, he ran his stack over a million, ending the day as chip leader with 1,082,500.

With a total of 54 remaining, Esfandiari is followed by the biggest toolbox in poker, Doug Lee, with 782,500. They’re followed by Vanessa Rousso, a woman (694,000) and half-man, half-amazing Freddy Deeb (654,000).

Also still alive are Jonathan Little (449,000), Doyle Brunson (440,000), Sorel Mizzi (436,500), Kirk Morrison (430,500), Phil Tom (405,000), RISE Clothing player of the Day Andy Frankenberger (154,000), and John Racener (137,000).
