Cake Poker Buys T.J. Cloutier’s 2005 WSOP Bracelet on eBay

Wtf is Cake Poker buying my bracelet for?

So thaaaaat’s who bought it.

The Entities who comprise Wicked Chops Poker have learned from a reliable source inside Cake Poker that the aforementioned Cake Poker has purchased T.J. Cloutier’s 2005 WSOP bracelet for $4,006.

We also figured it out from this.

The $4,006 winning price topped a $4,000 offer from an anonymous bidder.

WCP has also learned Cake has a few ideas on what to do with the bracelet, but haven’t decided for sure. Maybe give it back to T.J.?

If you have any ideas on what Cake should do with the bracelet, let us know in our comments section.

All they have to do is have a “Win T.J Cloutier’s WSOP bracelet” tourney for about $11 with re-buys. They’ll easily make their money back on the rake.

I think they should hold a heads-up battle between TJ Cloutier and Jeff Shulman. Cloutier would play to get it back and Shulman to destroy it. It would be a classic battle of good vs. evil, or maybe, old vs. evil, but I’ll take what I can get.

is there any chance they do anything other than use it as incentive for people to enter a tourney or vie for some player of the year award?

Hey guys,

I’m one of the hosts of the Hardcore Poker Show.
We called TJ…he didn’t want to come on the air…but told our producer the following

“I don’t want to talk about it…yeah its mine…i was short…i pawned it….i tried to get it back with my ticket but i was too late”

I think they should donate it to some poor starving poker player in Africa.

T.J. is a nice guy but if he was short and pawned it and was late he doesn’t deserve to get it back. He made an agreement and wasn’t able to live up to his end. Deal with it and move on. If he was short due to helping someone that is sick or some other extenuating circumstances that is different but if it because he was playing craps or betting sports…

I’d offer it back to him. If he chose not to have it returned, then a tourney for it.

Well, this one is too easy. A picture of Keely Hazell with the bracelet hanging out of her buttcheeks, and the classic Cake slogan of “Why settle for crumbs?”. Marketing gold.

Brian, we were waiting for our first T.J. Cookier suggestion. Well played.
