Epic Poker League: Soulier Leads Day 2, Rheem Goes for #2

Tom Dwan was among the big name pros who left the building during Day 2 of the EPL.

Day two is in the books for the second Epic Poker League Main Event. A total of 23 players survived.

Leading the way is Frenchman Fabrice Soulier, who is looking like the smartest guy in the room for skipping the WPT Grand Prix de Paris and playing this instead. Soulier is stacked at 453,500. He’s followed by David Paul Steicke with 436,000.

Erik Seidel is in contention to make back-to-back Epic final tables as he’s currently third overall with 353,500.

Day 1 chip leader Jaime Kaplan is still alive with 245,000. And Epic’s inaugural winner, Chino Rheem, is hanging in there with 136,000.
