After surviving a nasty bankruptcy process due to Federated Sports+Gaming/Jeffrey Pollack mismanagement, Heartland Poker Tour (HPT), now owned by Pinnacle Entertainment, made its comeback at the Route 66 Casino in New Mexico.
The event was basically owned by 2004 WSOP Main Event champ Greg Raymer. He devoured the competition, taking a hefty stack to the final table and then gobbling up all of the remaining competitor’s chips. For the win, Raymer banks $71,875, his biggest tournament score since the 2009 WSOP.
Raymer defeated Robert Crawford ($42,500) of El Paso, TX heads-up for the win. We thought Robert was related to or married to Claudia Crawford (remember her?) but alas, we were wrong. Seldom happens. Eff off.

You guys are thinking of Claudia’s fiance Gabe Costner, or at least you should be.
That pic is a mighty big step down from the one in your last article…
