Hellmuth, Negreanu Among 2012 WSOP Europe Main Event Leaders

Phil Hellmuth is eyeing bracelet #13.

Day 2 of the 2012 WSOP Europe Main Event wrapped with 77 players remaining. Day 3 will see the money bubble burst (48 get paid).

Plenty of big names are making runs. Not among those big names is current chip leader Sergii Baranov of…you guessed it…Russia…with 607,000. He’s followed by Frenchie Axel
Pergolizzi with 419,400.

Of the aforementioned big names, Phil Hellmuth finds himself fourth overall with 364,900. Joseph Cheong (328,400), Bertrand
’ElkY’ Grospellier (326,700), Anonymously Good All-Star Curt
Kohlberg (298,500), Daniel Negreanu (290,000), and Dan Smith (274,500) are among the top 15 stacks.

We haven’t even gotten to Jesse Sylvia (209,000), David Benyamine (201,500), Jason Mercier (195,800), Liv Boeree, a woman (140,800), Sam Trickett (134,600), Scott Seiver (117,100), or Jean-Robert Bellande yet (50,300).

Damn.
