He already has seven cashes in 2010. He’s won nine events in two years (including a WSOP bracelet and two EPT titles). He has deep runs or wins in no limit hold’em, H.O.R.S.E., pot limit omaha, and seven card stud tournaments.
Now, Mercier adds a NAPT High Rollers title to his growing list of horseshoe-in-his-ass accomplishments. Mercier captured the Mohegan Sun $25k Shoot-Out, defeating Sam Stein heads-up for the title and banking $450,000. The win boosted Mercier’s career tourney earnings to over $4.7M. Luckbox.
Likely WPT Player of the Year luckbox Faraz Jaka finished third.

Jason must have some pretty incriminating photos of god locked away somewhere. This dude seems to make a final table every day.
As long as he stays away from High Stakes Poker and stops playing big cash games like they are tournaments, he may actually keep all the money he has won. Still laughing at him trying to bluff Phil Ivey, a guy that can reach into his pocket and re-buy for another couple hundred grand like nothing. That may work in tourneys where you only get one life, but not in the big games.
He’s got the nads to bluff Ivey…and he kills with his bluffs. I personally love watching the guy play…Props on winning the NAPT!
