Erika Moutinho (center foreground) is still grinding her way up the pay scale at the 2011 WSOP Main Event.
With the eliminations of Erik Lindgren in 43rd place ($196,174) and Fabio Sousa in 42nd ($196,174), as of 5pm PT we’re down to math math math 41 remaining in the 2011 WSOP Main Event.
One of them is Erika Moutinho, a woman, with about 2.5M. That puts her towards the bottom of the leaderboard but still with around 50 big blinds. Her boyfriend David Sands is a little worse, with 1.9M. In related news, Erika Moutinho is dating David Sands, and THEY’RE BOTH STILL IN THE MAIN EVENT. Can’t believe nobody has reported this or that it hasn’t been discussed on TV. It’s gone, like, completely unreported.

Phil Collins is going to get really sick of people pointing out Phil Collins songs he should come out to if he makes the N9.

2011 WSOP Main Event Day 6 ended with 57 players remaining.
Leading the way as play ended was Ryan Lenaghan with around 12.8M. He’s followed by the still running good Ben “Fucking” Lamb with just under 10M. Phil Collins, who we learned today was actually named after Phil Collins, is fourth 7.6M.
Last Woman StandingTM winner Erika Moutinho survived with just over 2M. Her boyfriend, David Sands, bagged up 2.7M.
Of the major names, Bryan Devonshire is stacked at 5.7M. Erick Lindgren ended play with around 2.2M. David Bach dropped to 1.9M. And Jean-Robert Bellande busted in 65th ($108,412).
Tomorrow should be a short day, as the 57 will play down to 27.
