Black Friday Indictee Chad Elie Blasting on Twitter

Chad Elie is exposing Howard Lederer and spilling some truth all over Twitter.

One of the original Black Friday 11TM has started a Twitter account and is blasting away at Howard Lederer and others.

Chad Elie, 32, was given a five-month prison sentence (and ordered to pay $500k) earlier this month for processing online poker payments with PokerStars, Full Tilt, and UltimateBet.

After receiving his sentence, Elie publicly stated:

“I am just really sorry, I really regret my actions.”

And since then, he hasn’t stopped “publicly stating,” as he launched a Twitter account and is taking some shots before heading to the clink.

Elie directed some gems at Howard Lederer, like this one (referencing a statement HL made in the Lederer Files):

“I never met with a payment processor”-Howard Lederer. Interesting Howard,do you not remember the MEETINGS we had? What about NYE? 5hr meeting

Good stuff and worth following. Go to the @BlackFridayChad account and follow away.

And of course, revisit pics of Chad’s wife Destiny Davis here.

Black Friday Fallout: Chad Elie Pleads Guilty

Playboy Playmate Destiny Davis' husband--Chad Elie--pled guilty to his Black Friday charges.

One of the payment processor operators indicted on Black FridayTM, Chad Elie, 32, pled guilty Monday to conspiring to commit bank fraud and operate illegal gambling businesses.

Elie faces up to 5 years in federal prison. As part of the plea deal, he agreed to forfeit his interest in more than $25 million held in seized payment processing accounts. In an important little side note that’s not getting much ink, Elie will also pay a $500,000 fine–this money apparently goes towards a fund to pay back Americans customers with money still stuck on the online sites.

Elie will be sentenced on Oct. 6 of this year. Four co-defendants charged with him have also pled guilty (Bradley Franzen, Ira Rubin, Brent Bekcley and Ryan Lang). John Campos goes to trial on April 9th.

Feds Cracking Down, Move to Seize Assets of Black Friday 11(TM)

Destiny Davis would make for an interesting character if Bravo ever does a Real Housewives of Las Vegas.

Forbes is reporting that Federal prosecutors are looking to seize homes of two members of the Black Friday 11 (BF11)TM.

In Las Vegas, NV, the government is attempting to seize a 7,200 square-foot mansion owned by for Playboy Playmate Destiny Davis (above). Davis bought the home last year for $1.5 million, is is married to BF11 defendant and alleged payment processor Chad Elie. However, to Destiny’s credit, she married Chad THE DAY AFTER he was arrest for conspiring to commit bank fraud. That’s a good women there, Chad.

Also, the Fed are reportedly looking to seize four Gardenia, CA homes owned by Full Tilt Poker CEO/co-founder Ray Bitar. Ruh-roh. Let’s hope he’s left a few less disk drives there than ObL did in AbbottabadTM.
