We’re not going to rip Magic: The Gathering because we’re pretty sure people who play it can put some sort of hex on us while eating Doritos in their underwear.
It’s just weird to see David Williams not only with more hair but around a bunch of Dorito eaters like in the above vid. Because when he’s not playing Magic: The Gathering DW is out in the VIP section in clubs or banging some Playboy model. Doesn’t compute.

UPDATE: Two more links. First, here’s DJ Timbo premiering his “Hit This Tiger Wood (Just Do It)” here. Second, here’s the latest greatest post ever by Kid Dynamite here.
That’s it for 2010. Vote WCP for Best Poker Blog in Bluff’s Reader’s Choice Awards here.
If you like going across the Atlantic to where the weather is cold but the girls are all morally casual, then this is definitely poker’s fun season for you.
David Williams has been back and forth to Europe the past month (currently forth again for the WSOPE). Catch up on the latest in the above vid.
A little late getting this up, but David Williams vlogged before he went to the WPT Legends of Poker last week. He said he hasn’t played much poker since the WSOP but has a pretty heavy Euro travel schedule coming up this month.
Sounds like he wants to get away from the Vegas party scene for awhile, so going to play MAGIC at GEN CON in Indiana seems like the perfect tonic for that shit.
The latest webisode of The Robert Report (we’re still calling it that, right?) took place at the Bodog Social at the Palms on Thursday night. Jean-Robert Bellande tours us through the Palms bowling suite where a bunch of Bodog girls try to knock down some pins (for the record, we’d rather see them pillow fighting).
If there was only an obvious joke to make about this photo...if only...
Here’s the rundown of weekend WSOP action:
:: Event #48 ($1,500 PLO 8B):Brandon Cantu outlasted a field of 752 to capture his second bracelet. For the win, he banks $228,867. Cantu defeated Lee Watkinson-Markholt ($141,873) for the title. Get full final table payouts here.
:: Event #50 ($1,500 Limit Hold’em Shootout): Final table starts today at 2pm PT. Going for their second WSOP bracelets are David Williams and Greg ‘FBT’ Mueller. Joining them is the awesomely named Flaminio Malaguti. Pretty sure he was a Formula 1 race car driver at some point of his life. Or a gay Italian bar. One of the two. See the rest of the final table here.
Event #51 ($1,500 NLH): Another 2,781 entered the second-to-last $1,500 NLH event. Christopher Bonita is the overnight chip leader, stacked at 131,700. Get full chip counts here.
