The 2012 WSOP is just a few days away. Last year, the WSOP started off with a bang. On the first day of pro play, Phil Ivey issued a statement saying that due...
We’re two weeks out from when news originally broke about PokerStars acquiring Full Tilt Poker. While no officially announcement has come from either PokerStars or Full Tilt regarding the progress of the deal...
Nothing to see here. Please move on. Nothing to see here.
Photos like the above (snapped at the PCA party a few nights ago) and this one have cause all sorts of forum chatter about WSOP champ Joe Cada potentially dating Jayde Nicole.
Like most rumors, this one is completely and utterly true not true.
We mentioned earlier this week that Jayde Nicole would be among the celebrities on the new PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge this weekend.
What we didn’t mention is she’s also the girl that scumbag Joe Francis (allegedly) smacked down in a bar in LA. Francis called her a liar. Unfortunately for Francis, there’s this thing called “video” that most establishments have these days for security purposes. For a guy who likes to point a video camera at everything, and by “everything” we mean “18 year-old girl’s boobs,” you’d think he’d have known about this crazy surveillance camera technology, no?
Some lucky contestant will be getting a cakewalk into Round 2 of the Million Dollar Challenge...just sayin'.
In what could end up being a big “Eff you” to Full Tilt if successful (big “if” for now…), FOX Sports is launching the PokerStars Million Dollar Challenge on October 11th.
The basic concept: qualifiers have to win two rounds of heads-up play. In the first round, contestants will face off against celebs like 2008 Playboy Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole (above), Jerome Bettis, and former UFC champ/Jenna Jameson impregnatorTito Ortiz. In the second round, they have to beat the likes of a Chris Moneymaker, Duke grad Vanessa Rousso (who went to Duke), or Barry Greenstein. If they do that, they take on Daniel Negreanu for a shot at $1,000,000.
First show runs right after the NFL on FOX coverage wraps.
To get on the show, you have to win online qualifiers at PokerStars, then submit a 60-second video for a chance to get on it. So please, whatever you do, have more personality than that first guy who was on Face the Ace. Or Darvin Moon. Holy crap. If you missed Inside Deal with the November NineTM chip leader, go here.
Let us dumb this down. Italian TV is loaded with insanely hot chicks. Perhaps the hottest in the world, all with ridiculously perfect culos that rank right up there with Brazil’s best, long, stately legs that make Shannon Elizabeth look like an amateur and gorgeous faces that … well, who really cares about faces. And Lithuanian supermodel Agne Stankunaite (yeh, unfortunate last name) is hands down the hottest one we’ve seen in the past cinque minuti. See photos of Agne below, and a super hot video of her on Italy’s Ciao Darwin TV show here.
