Apparently Leo Margets (above) runs marathons when she isn't playing poker, which explains a lot, and by a lot we mean her legs.
This could go til tomorrow.
Most of the day it looked like Nichoel Peppe, a woman, was gonna run away with the Last Woman Standing CupTM at the 2009 WSOP Main Event. But Barcelona’s super cute Leo Margets, a woman, has fought back from being down to around a half a mil or so and has just surged to 3.41 million in chips. Peppe meanwhile is heading in the other direction, currently stacked just below a million.

J.C. Tran (above) had a good run at the 2009 WSOP Main Event...
We’ve had a surprising lack of photos of the
spectacularly-breasted J.C. Tran during his
2009 WSOP Main Event run.
And now he’s been eliminated in 104th place. So as a tribute to one of our favorite players, above are pics from of J.C.’s latest photo shoots (more here).
Closing in on dinner break, Billy Kopp still has the chip lead and both Nichoel Peppe and Leo Margets are alive.

Watch Leo Margets Is Almost the Last Woman Standing on RawVegas.tv
With 185 in the field, we’re down to two girls remaining for the
Last Woman Standing CupTM.
Nichoel “StatsAKA” Peppe is the big stack of the two remaining females with 1,630,000. According to Andrew Feldman’s Poker Edge Podcast 
, Peppe is a cash game pro from SoCal who is married to Tad Jergens (this guy).
Also remaining is Leo Margets from Barcelona with around 500,000. Leo, who is friends with our favorite Spanish blog, Poquer-Red, shared with us her thoughts on being the Last Woman Standing and playing in the Main Event in the above vid.
UPDATE: Both Last Women Standing, Leo Margets and Nichoel Peppe, are at the same table today.

Will Nichoel Peppe claim the 2009 WSOP Last Woman Standing Cup (TM)?
Some decent storylines developing at the 2009 WSOP Main Event. Here’s what we’re looking at today:
- Can former ME champs Joe Hachem (490,000) and Peter Eastgate (397,000) make November NineTM runs?
- With only a handful of women left in the field (we’ve seriously found about 6-7, hopefully a few Caseys, Jamies, and Euros with girly-sounding names end up being chicks so we can at least get to double-digits), who will win the Last Woman Standing CupTM. Currently, Nichoel Peppe, a woman, is the biggest stacked of the females, just shy of 900k.
- Is this the year Phil Ivey makes it to the final table? He’s come close before, and has never looked more focused. He currently top 20 in chips with over 1.2M.
- Lou Diamond Phillips? Really?
- Will fan-favorite and PokerRoad.com‘s Joe Sebok continue his run?
