Prepare to get schooled on how the Reid Bill may impact our industry on today's This Week in Poker.
It’s been one of the busier weeks we’ve had since late-2006 as Reid BillTM developments have been an all-consuming roller-coaster.
We break down what we’ve learned and where all of this could be leaving our industry with Dave “Ftrain” Behr (read his blogs on the topic here) and Dan Michalski (read the always excellent Pokeratihere, and vote for Wicked Chops Poker for Favorite Bloghere) on This Week in Poker at 4pm PT / 7pm ET.

Voting is open for Bluff Magazine‘s annual Reader’s Choice Awards (engage in the aforementioned voting here).
The Entities Who Comprise Wicked Chops Poker were nominated in two categories: Favorite Poker Blog and Favorite Web-Based Poker Show.
The competition in both of these categories is much like your johnson after looking at photos of Victoria Moore: stiff.
For poker blog, we’re up against Pokerati(of course), Tao of Poker(should be dubbed the “Dr. Pauly Best Poker Blog”category), and Hard-Boiled Poker. For poker show, it’s Poker Beat, that 2+2 one, Poker Edge, and Inside Deal.
Last year, we threatened removing all photos of Keeley Hazell (i.e. Victoria Moore v1.0), Vikki Blows, and Joanna Krupa if you didn’t vote for us. Basically, a vote for “the other guy” meant you more or less enjoyed the occasional penis.
No different this year. Because if there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years: the more things change, the more they stay the same. Or is it that history repeats itself? Or was it he who rejects change is the architect of decay?
Whatever. Eff you philosophical phrases referencing how some things never change!
But in all seriousness, honored to be nominated. Everyone really is deserving. Loved seeing Hard-Boiled getting a well-deserved nod and even we’re not sure how we’ll vote for the best poker show category [if we weren't nominated that is]. And oh yeah, if you don’t vote for us, then you’re basically no different than this guy.

In probably one of our most fun shows, Jeff Madsen and WPT Royal Flush Girls Sunisa Kim and Jennifer Haley joined us for This Week in Poker.
While we didn’t get into conspiracies too much with Madsen, we are dedicating a podcast with him later this week for a “healthy discussion” on his views about 9/11, the moon landing, JFK, and more.
Madsen instead talked about the challenges of being a young poker millionaire and how he’s grown over the past five years. The show ends with a surprisingly good freestyle rap by Madsen with WPT Royal Flush Girls Sunisa Kim and Jennifer Haley “bad dancing” to it all.

Former WSOP Last Women Standing and Amazing Race stars Tiffany Michelle, a woman,and Maria Ho, a woman, joined us in the studio yesterday for a “spirited discussion” about the 2010 WSOP Main Event final table, what to make of Jonathan Duhamel‘s win for poker both here and in Canada, Joseph “Subiime” Cheong‘s blow-up (or was it not a blow-up?), Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi‘s 5th place finish and what can the World Series do to improve its TV broadcasts next year.
Also, for the first time ever, Maria and Tiffany perform a song live on our show, and as viewer “rawwolf” noted, it seemed liked a dream Vanessa Selbst would have. Get right to the song here.
