WPT Season X Kicks Off With Legends at the Bike

The tenth season of the World Poker Tour kicked of Thursday with the Legends at the Bike (more on Season X changes later today).

The tournament has a slightly different format than year’s past. It’s a $3,500 buy-in event on Day 1A, but it also allows a $3,700 re-entry on Day 1B.

A total of 322 entered the aforementioned Day 1A, with 148 surviving. Matt Berkey ended play as big stack with 248,500. He’s followed by former November Niner Soi Nguyen with 215,200.

Some other notable bigs include Maria Ho, a woman (99,900) and the man the myth the legend, Black Phil Ivey, Big Sldick, the one and only Dwyte Pilgrim (92,000).
