WSOP Main Event Day 2A: Antonius, Chan Among Chip Leaders

Lauren Kling is focused and concentrating solely on capturing the prestigious Last Woman Standing Cup.

Day 2A of the 2010 WSOP Main Event began with over 2,400 players and ended with 1,359 surviving.

Boulos Estafanous, who amazingly is from U.S. America, ended the day as chip leader, stacked at 340,100. Plenty of big names remaining, including but certainly not limited to Cole South (304,200), Johnny Chan (281,600), Dragan Galic (263,600), Patrik Antonius (258,600), Yevgeniy Timoshenko (240,000), Sammy Farha (226,500), Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi (217,200), Joe Cada (122,400), Chris Moneymaker (104,000), Scotty Nguyen (67,800), and Daniel Negreanu (27,900).

Still in the hunt for the Last Woman Standing CupTM are (all women) Annie Duke (176,600), Lauren Kling (177,000), Jennifer Leigh (155,200), Sandra Naujoks (153,000), Evy Ng (99,300), Shannon Shorr (88,9000), Kathy Liebert (87,000), Maria Ho (27,800), and Lacey Jones (18,200). The previous two Last Woman Standing winners, Leo Margets and Tiffany Michelle, were eliminated late in the day.
